About the event

Enjoy a beer while learning about a new cigar every time you're with us at this easy going night. Get progressively more experienced at the cigar ritual and the options there are out there to enjoy, as Ryan McKenna takes us through the cigar of the night!

Here is the list of cigars you will enjoy in our second round of 7 meet ups between now and December:

  1. September 16th: Romeo y Julieta wide Churchill - one of Cuba’s larger cigar brands, with a vast portfolio of sizes. The brand’s origin dates back to 1875. The Romeo y Julieta Churchill is perhaps the most famous size in the brand, and recent additions using the word “Churchill” have proven commercially alluring, including the Short Churchill and Wide Churchill.
  2. September 30th: Montecristo #4 - A coarse-looking, veiny petit corona that tastes better than it looks. Floral, herbal notes pick up hints of black tea before the cigar reveals a sweetness redolent of cinnamon-coated nuts. Both the draw and burn are even.
  3. October 14th: Dunbarton, tobacco and trust sin comprimso - a cigar that Saka has called the best one he’s ever blended. And the blogs agree. Check out some Top Cigar of 2018 lists, and you’re almost guaranteed to find this one at the top. Utilizing a growing method inspired by Japanese fruit farmers, the fields Saka uses produce dramatically less yield than a normal tobacco field, but each leaf is absolute perfection. Joined by Ecuadorian binder and Nicaraguan long-filler, Sin Compromiso explodes with rich flavors of chocolate brownies, coffee, and a unique sweetness.
  4. October 28th: Montecristo #2 - one of the most popular Cuban cigars ever. Powerful from the start with rich woody flavors and produces a wonderful creamy smoke. It’s one of the finest cigars ever made and will be a fine addition to your collection.
  5. November 11th: Perdomo Barrel Aged - The PERDOMO Habano Bourbon Barrel-Aged Connecticut has a stunning 6-year old bourbon barrel-aged Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper which blends perfectly with the 6-year aged Cuban-seed Nicaraguan filler tobaccos, offering a rich, creamy smoke with slight hints of caramel and cedar on the finish.
  6. November 25th: Dunbarton tobacco and trust sobremesa - A lush liga with a creamy core laced with abundant notes of cedar, cocoa and café, which is punctuated by a tellicherry peppercorn retrohale. Pleasing to the nose and providing the smoker a delightfully sweet, lingering finish.
  7. December 9th: Quai Dorsay 54 - This brand owes its origin to the refined taste of the French market. Created in the 1970's, the name is taken from a well-known street in Paris beside the River Seine. All Quai d'Orsay sizes are made with a light tasting blend of filler and binder leaves from the Vuelta Abajo zone and its wrappers are mainly distinguished by their Claro (light brown) and Colorado Claro (mid brown) colours.

Buy your tickets with us and we will make sure your cigar is here waiting for you when you arrive, or you can buy your own and just join in!

Simple...easy going...you're welcome.
