DARTS Madness - Annual Tournament

It's DARTS MADNESS time again!!! What is darts madness? It's the most fun you can have with a beer in one hand and a sharp object in the other of course! OR...it's Hub Town's SECOND ANNUAL darts tournament and you're invited!

And just like our popular darts leagues, this tournament is meant to be FUN! Yup, you can be a hot shot (and win all the prizes and bragging rights)...but you can also be a rookie, because skill levels seem to level out when beer is involved!

Here's how it will work:

• 16 Teams Total;
• Teams will consist of 2 to 4 players (yes you can have more);
• 4 divisions (4 teams per division)
• Guaranteed 4 matches (3 round robin + 1 playoff game)
• Cost to sign up is $25/person ($50/team) and includes tournament entry, popcorn, and PRIZES!
• Tournament begin at high noon 12:00pm so don't be late!

Round Robin Format:

• Each round robin game will consist of 1 game of cricket (with points, no bulls) and one game of 501 (no double in; double out);
• 2 games only; not best of 3
• Each team will play every other team in their division (3 matches)
• Tie breakers will first be determined by wins vs ties, then points scored, then points difference

Single Elimination playoffs (lose and you're out):

• Each playoff match will be best of 3; 1st game is cricket (with bulls, with points); 2nd game is 301 (double in & double out); 3rd game is 501 (no double in; double out)
• there will be a 3rd place game
