Date Night at the Brewery!!

Who needs THE KEG on your next date night when you can enjoy an incredible Alberta foodie & beer experience with your favourite person RIGHT HERE at your local brewery!? 

Picture this (while trying not to drool)...on your plate in front of you...THE COWBOY CUT, weighing in @ approx. 2 ½ lbs. and Perfectly Aged, this AAA, Prime Rib bone in Steak, cooked using the "Reverse Sear" process, is going to make your taste buds do flips as this mammoth of a steak is first lightly smoked with Oak & Applewood, and then gingerly placed on the grill for the hot sear needed to create that well known, heightened umami taste experience! And if that wasn't enough already, a fresh Red Potato, baked to perfection (with all the fixings) and the quintessential Ceasar Salad will accompany it to round out your foodie experience! (This is a dinner for TWO)

But that's not it!! 

This meal is meant to be paired, and although we HIGHLY RECOMMEND enjoying it with our 1882 Okotoks Golden Ale, you will get to choose TWO of your favourite beers (or beer cocktails) PER PERSON, to pair with your meal if you decide to join us for this date night at the brewery!
