Hub Town - Cribbage Tournament

Test your skill at the grand old game, against the best players in the town (and out of town actually)! Play for prizes and of course bragging rights, in this one-day cribbage tournament!

When: Sunday, April 24th, 12-5 pm (game play and prizes)

• 20 teams of two (don't worry if you're a single, we can find you a partner!)
• Round Robin that leads into playoff bracket
• Guaranteed 5 games (4 round robin and 1 playoff game)
• Single elimination playoff bracket
• Team Fee = $50 ($25/person) 

Rules:

1. All 4 players cut the deck to determine who deals first; low card deals
2. Cut back for crib, forward for start
3. Nibs - if a Jack is pulled as the cut card, the dealer counts 2 points. If the dealer plays a card before counting 2 points, the points are forfeited
4. Nobs - a Jack of the same suit of the cut card in either the hand or the crib, counts 1 point
5. Players may peg out into the game hole at any time
6. Missed points are lost for both teams; no stealing points
