About the event
Mike Szabo is a singer songwriter from Red Deer Alberta who spent his life doing cover songs and playing guitar around campfires until just a few years ago, when he did his first open mic and began to write his own songs. Since, Mike has been a regular, playing at the live music venues in Red Deer and area and is coming to Hub Town for you to enjoy!

A little more about Mike...
Mikes online catalog features; ‘ Take my Heart ‘, the album featuring the very first ten songs Mike wrote. It was produced by Heath West of the Melodious Design Recording Co. in Red Deer. Two other singles, ‘ The Caring Cookie Company’ and ‘ Remember When ‘, we’re also produced by Heath. Mike’s most recent single, ‘ Travelling Man ‘ was produced by Curtis Phagoo and it released this past Sept 16th. It is the first of a four song EP scheduled to release early in 2023. The second single, ‘ Alberta Sky ‘ is scheduled to release on Christmas Day 2022. “ I find myself in my sixties, finally living my dream but as exciting as the studio stuff is, nothing compares to playing to a live audience.” MS
