About the event

Have you ever noticed that you just can't frown when you hold a ukulele? That's because this beautiful instrument is fun and warms our souls with all the happy "feels" everytime it's strummed! So fight the winter blues with us for four Sundays as Elise takes us through all the songs we need to warm up the cold and dark winter days! And don't worry...if Elise can teach 8 year olds, you bet she can teach the rest of us too, so no experience is required!

Want to know what to expect? Keep reading...

Each lesson includes:

  • 1 hour of instruction
  • an optional hour to stay and play or practice
  • Your first beverage

The details:

In this class for beginners, you will learn the fundamentals of the Ukulele including how to hold, tune and strum. You will also learn how to read ukulele tabs, and change between chords. The program will move at the pace of the students in the class. It will be a fun opportunity to get together and learn something new in 2023!

NOTE: you will need to bring your own ukulele to class!

Get ready to carelessly strum songs from your first day and by the end of the first week you won't be able to put it down!
