Before The Scottish THREE-O, there was Sheep Heid...Hub Town's original Scottish Ale — brewed at 5.4% ABV as a nod to Mark’s Scottish heritage and our shared passion for brewing beer rooted in tradition. It was approachable, malty, and comforting — a beer that connected where we came from with where we were going.
 
The Scottish THREE-O is the grown-up (aged) evolution of our Sheep Heid Scottish Ale!
Built on that same Scottish Ale foundation, the THREE-O takes the beer further — deeper, richer, and warmer — and for the first (and likely only) time, lets the sheep truly stretch its legs!
 
This time, the SHEEP HEID was brewed stronger and then split into three distinct expressions, each shaped by time and barrel:
BAA-Moral: The Original that stays closest to its roots...a bold, malt-forward Scottish Ale that showcases the base beer in its purest, most powerful form but now a full 7.6% ABV.
MUTTON-Tosh: The Sherry Barrel brings layers of dried fruit, subtle sweetness, and elegant complexity to the table and named after Lisa's McIntosh clan!
WOOL-IAM Wallace: The Bourbon Barrel adds oak, vanilla, and a warming finish that rounds out the trio with a mighty roar!
 
The Scottish THREE-O is bottled as a three-pack, meant to be shared, compared, and enjoyed slowly. It’s a beer for celebrations, quiet conversations, and meaningful moments — a reflection of how far we’ve come since that first Sheep Heid brew.
Because sometimes, the sheep grows up.
And when it does, it goes all in!
